WARRANTY POLICY
Only Askum watches (with askum logo) comes with 24 months manufacturers warranty, valid from your date of purchase. This warranty covers any mechanical defects concerning the watch, strap and movement. It does not cover damage caused through misuse/physical force, or normal wear and tear. Your warranty will be rendered void if any attempts are made to repair or modify your timepiece without prior consent from us. If you have an issue with your timepiece, please contact us first to discuss the issue. All other watches have one year battery warranty while smart watches comes with 1 month warranty (mechanical defects only).
WARRANTY CLAIMS - DOMESTIC
If you are within New Zealand, we will either provide you with a return shipping label or reimburse you for any return shipping costs incurred. Once we receive your timepiece, please allow up to 10 working days for repair.
WARRANTY CLAIMS - INTERNATIONAL
If you are located internationally, we will instruct you to return your timepiece to us via your national postal service, using a tracked option. Once we will receive timepiece, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs (a receipt for postage payment will be required).
Once we receive your timepiece, please allow up to 10 working days for repair.
Alternatively, if you are located internationally, we may recommend that you have a qualified local watchmaker perform the repairs to your timepiece on our behalf, to allow for a swifter resolution of any issues. In this case, we will reimburse you for any expenses incurred. This option will only be made available after first contacting us to discuss your issue.
