Return and Exchange

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, we will issue a gift voucher which could be used within 12 months.

We want  our customers to be able to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If customer receives order and are not happy for any reason we will happy to accept it as a return within 30 days of delivery, customer must provide the following :

• Proof of purchase.
• The product is unworn and the original packaging is intact, unscratched and undamaged.

To return a product, please contact us first. Products returned without first contacting us will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be issued. Once we will receive returned order, the product and packaging will be  inspected and verified and if it is  unworn and undamaged, we will issue a refund. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. customers are responsible for arranging postage to our office. If we inspect returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged we will contact customer to make arrangements to return order  at cost paid by customer.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that the original order was paid. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received, depending on your bank and location. All refunds are processed in NZD Dollars and we are not responsible for any shifts in currency exchange rates between purchase and refund (for international orders).
